Oh I love coming there I have never had a bad experience, I felt so relaxed and massage was perfect I could go on and on and Jada my masseuse was fabulous and I also highly like Hannah, you have a great place I’m glad to be a part of it. Also your receptionist that greeted me was lovely to, I recommend this place all the time.

They were able to get me in the day i called. The therapist was very good. I left very relaxed. Was able to puck up some dermatologica product to fade dark spots that i needed.

Both my Mom and I were highly satisfied with our couple's massage, and our therapists did an excellent job meeting our massage goals... My Mom's therapist was perfect for her, as he helped alleviate discomfort in her shoulder, and helped ascertain what could be the root cause, being a former PTA, he was very knowledgeable... My therapist helped me relax and work out some sore muscles from skating and ballet... We were both very grateful for this experience, and would definitely schedule another session when we're in the area some day in the future!

I love Hand & Stone Laguna location. The staff is friendly and my massage therapist always does a great job! I just wish it would be a full 60 minutes instead of 50 minutes. The spa is clean and the ambiance is nice! I will definitely continue my membership and highly recommend it.

Jazmin is a phenomenal therapist. I always am greeted warmly by the front receptionists. The place is always clean and the staff seem happy to be there.
