Hand and Stone

I love Hand & Stone Laguna location. The staff is friendly and my massage therapist always does a great job! I just wish it would be a full 60 minutes instead of 50 minutes. The spa is clean and the ambiance is nice! I will definitely continue my membership and highly recommend it.

Jazmin is a phenomenal therapist. I always am greeted warmly by the front receptionists. The place is always clean and the staff seem happy to be there.

April did a great job making me feel comfortable about my facial. I have very sensitive skin and I was nervous. But O am returning in two weeks to see her for the same facial!

Michael is an experienced therapist. Understandings the needs based on actually how the body is reacting to the massage.

My first facial with Bree and my first facial in several years. She was knowledgeable and friendly, paid attention to my needs and relaxed me completely!

Jaida is a wonderful therapist! She gives a firm deep tissue massage, but knew exactly where my trouble spots were and just how much pressure to deliver without making me jump off of the table. She spent a lot of time working on the areas I asked her to, but also didn't neglect the rest of me.

Friendly staff and easy to book appointment. I have a few specific therapists I always try to book. They do a great job assessing and addressing trouble areas.

This location is by far the most like an upscale salon and has the ambiance of one.

The therapist was knowledgeable and did a great job.
