I think the people were really nice, pleasant, knowledgeable. The space was ok. I'm an architect and visit many resorts and the reception felt cluttered and I'd probably have a separate space for products so that people can wait in a visually uncluttered space. We're constantly bombarded with selling/buying and we need a meditative space that's minimal with small details that are beautiful
