I feel that Jaida not only knows how to make her clients feel comfortable but is extremely knowledgeable about massage. I believe that she could identify my problems without me telling her where they are; but she does ask. She is such an asset to the Laguna Beach Hand & Stone facility

Gail was hands down the friendliest and most knowledgeable masseuse I have ever worked with. Super friendly, warm and inviting and I was so happy I signed up for 6 sessions and already have my next appointment booked!

Judith is a gifted therapist. As she worked on me, she suggested some add-ons that were effective. My session made me feel great all week long!

Bree was awesome (as usual). The only issue I had was related to booking the appointment - I received an email (every morning) highlighting available appointments that day. I clicked the "book now" button and really got the runaround, eventually ending up at a page saying my profile wasn't set up for online appointments (really? I've been a customer for 10+ years). So I had to call the store, leave a message, and be called back to set the appointment - which all happened, but it was really inefficient and not great customer service. To be clear, this wasn't the franchisee's fault, they are great.
