The therapist was great, she went above and beyond to address and treat my trouble area.

Bree was awesome (as usual). The only issue I had was related to booking the appointment - I received an email (every morning) highlighting available appointments that day. I clicked the "book now" button and really got the runaround, eventually ending up at a page saying my profile wasn't set up for online appointments (really? I've been a customer for 10+ years). So I had to call the store, leave a message, and be called back to set the appointment - which all happened, but it was really inefficient and not great customer service. To be clear, this wasn't the franchisee's fault, they are great.

Selene was very knowlegable, attentive and gentle; which is what I wanted. The atmosphere was very relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing even the next day!

Therapist listened to me and treated my areas of concern. staff welcomed me and asked if I needed anything while I was waiting. Bathrooms, waiting area and massage room all are clean and well appointed. This is a very nice facility with cordial and professional staff.
