I think you need to look at your 2 hour booking for and not have a second 10 minute loss. You would get more 2 hour bookings.

The only comment that I really wanna make at this moment is that I love Amber my massage therapist she was amazing. Unfortunately Hand And Stone does not use the highest quality CBD oil‘s if you look at the ingredients it contains a lot of unclean horrible oils that I would never ingest and never put on my skin. So it is up to the management of this location to be using clean products better products higher quality products. That’s my only complaint

Pat is an amazing therapist. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would suggest keeping the office door closed to not see what appears to be a cluttered office would be a good idea. Any chance a change in music is possible?

My therapist paid attention to the specific areas we had discussed during my massage. He was knowledgeable in what my specific needs were and did a great job addressing those needs. I look forward to receiving a massage from him again.

H&S seems to want to satisfy their customers. The massage rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have had a membership for quite sometime and have always been satisfied with their massages & facials. I am a hiker/walker and get massages quite often whenever I am on a trip or at home. I always look for a H&S first.
