I always have the best experience at Hand & Stone Laguna Beach. From booking the appointments, to attending my massage sessions, and engaging in a warm, intellectual conversations with the staff, it really makes a relaxing experience. Kayla is by far the best spa manager that has ever crossed the location. She’s very knowledgeable and personable. She genuinely cares about her clients and that’s what keeps me returning.

The establishment is very welcoming and the ladies at the front desk are friendly. I enjoyed my hot stones massage and Sapphire made sure that I was comfortable with the heat of the stones.

I was satisfied but I think it ran a little bit shorter than 50 minutes.

My therapist listened and understood my medical issues and took amazing care of me. On her own, she found spots that were ailing me that I hadn't given any attention or thought to address before. She was knowledgeable and the pressure was perfect.

I booked massages for my friend and I for her birthday and the team was helpful in suggesting massages and offering to write her a birthday card. We will definitely be coming back! The receptionist even provided lunch ideas for us as well. Top notch experience.
