I felt that my questions were answered in a professional way. I was given options during my facial but never felt pressured to add on services. I did add on and was thankful for the opportunity. April explained the services and I feel more knowledgeable about my skincare since the visit. I am looking forward to my next appointment with April.

I am so impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness throughout Hand & Stone Laguna Beach. The massage therapist, Gail, focused on my sore areas and then targeted one I was hardly aware of.

The receptionist is always so friendly and pleasant. Jada who is my favorite therapist is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be back.

I was able to make an appointment for two people the day of. The entrance ambience is so soothing. We came in all knotted up and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. This made for a pleasant rest of our day and start of the week.

The ease of making an appointment was wonderful. The gentleman helping me is always very thorough and accommodating. He also helped me find a therapist for my specific needs that was available during my time frame. Very wonderful service and great energy from therapist as well!

I love my membership at Hand and Stone. My favorite therapist is always friendly and so skilled at loosening the tightness in my neck and shoulders. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the location is always clean and well maintained.

Sean is great on the phone and in person...efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Gail is one of the best therapist's i've ever had, and certainly the best at H&S.

Nice clean, friendly atmosphere. You always have skilled technicians...whenever i come. Very relaxing place to have a massage. I've also had a few facials and both technicians were great!
