I love your Laguna beach hand and stone!! I loved my therapist and requested her from last weeks visit!!! I had CBD and think that helps I may go back to the same therapist tomorrow!

I believe that in order for a customer to be happy, the whole process must be flawless. When I called and booked my appointment, the receptionist was super sweet and customer service driven. It felt like she did all she could to set me up with my massage therapist and the time that I was available. I commute from Inland Empire to your location, knowing I drive by many others, I obviously like your location.

Laura is the best esthetician around. She’s knowledgeable about my skin type and all their products. She cares about how I feel and look.

Booking was easy. service was excellent. Atmosphere was pleasant.

Front desk staff = excellent. The therapist = excellent. Overall meets my high expectations. Your restrooms need some help with the water faucets, remove the hand drying machine - so not COVID friendly. Provide paper napkins as there are never any clean hand towels. And install automatic air fresheners. Or burn one of your scented candles in there like you do in the corridor :0)

Very relaxing and quiet massage. The masseuse did not try to visit with me during the massage. Just asked how I was feeling and if the pressure they were applying was good.

Rico is a great massage therapist! He works hard to massage away the tension and knots I have in my problem areas.

I think it is ridiculous all this social distancing and mask wearing. It's a political issue, not a health issue. Masks are very unhealthy and almost everyone I talk to agrees. We need to stop this madness and get back to keeping our immune systems healthy, not be terrified of being contaminated with one another. The damage caused by masks and social isolation is criminal. there is no pandemic. Look at the numbers. Fewer people died this year than previous years from the seasonal flu. People need to wake up and realize we need to fight FOR our freedom and our health, not AGAINST some virus and Dr Fauci's lies about it.

Shawn, the manager, had been suggesting Jasmine as an alternative to my regular therapist. My regular therapist was unavailable so I tried Jasmine, SHE IS AMAZING! & KIND! I already booked another massage with her & one for my daughter. Thank you Shawn for being a GREAT Mananger!!!!
