Serena was AMAZING!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best products and recommendation based on my skin. I left with my skin glowing and can honestly say this was the nicest facial I’ve ever received! She definitely has healing hands, and I enjoyed every second! My massage was also amazing! The only issue I encountered was that the music was broken in the room and I can hear outside chatter. If I knew that ahead of time, I would have brought earplugs or rescheduled since I am sensitive to sounds. Overall, I really enjoyed myself, thank you so much!

I've tried a few different therapists there and I feel most comfortable with Willy. He is very knowledgeable and asked questions before and during the treatment to be sure he is taking care of the specific areas I am experiencing pain/stiffness/soreness. He isn't just going through the motions or rushing through the treatment. I always feel better afterwards!

A friend recommended Hand & Stone. I've walked by it numerous times and have been curious. So when my friend recommended it I thought I would check it out. I had a facial with Celine and she was wonderful. She answered my questions, took great care of my skin, gave a super neck massage. I scheduled a massage, the neck massage felt so good! Micheal is an excellent masseuse.I appreciate his expertise, knowledge of the muscular skeleton areas. Michael is extremely professional and makes you at ease. He is very attentive and listen well to address problem area, firmness, and always ask if it's ok to massage certain area. His technique alway workout my painful area and leave me relaxed and not sore the next day.Honestly, I've tried other providers at your location but I only visit your location because of Micheal but the bummer is he's only there 3 days a week. Bravo Michael

Very satisfied with Judith. Her explanation of products used, understanding and explaining why she did what she did. Gave me advice regarding things I can do for myself. She is empathetic, patient and funny.

The staff member who scheduled my appointment was so friendly and helpful. And laura does the BEST FACIALS! I will only get one if she is available. I’ve had facials from other staff and I was less than satisfied
