I've been a client since the spa opened. All the massage therapists have been excellent. We discuss my needs and the therapist ensures they are addressed.

My therapist Gayle was very friendly and responsive to my requests. I enjoyed the music and the temperature of the room. I was able to get a sample of a product to test.

SAL IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT.

Therapist was very skilled. Ambience, ease of booking appointment. Very clean. Therapist wore mask throughout.

Jaida is excellent. Shaun is excellent. Both made me feel welcome.

I expressed this to the reception, I LOVE the fact that they send out daily appointment openings. It definitely reminds and encourages me to use my membership! Also, being able to see which therapists have specific times available etc. Thank you Hand and Stone Laguna Beach!
