Great masseuse. Dealt with my issues exactly as I had asked

Unfortunately I heard the thumping bass from the music of the restaurant next door. Also the fan was running continuously so I really could not hear the music in the room.

I just moved to the area and this is the only one closest to me (45 miles away) but I truly was happy with my services and am thinking of rejoining.

When I called, I asked for a regular massage. I explained that I would have to leave a few minutes early also. Somehow, that information got confused with deep tissue and I was charged an extra ten bucks. I don't want to get anyone in trouble as I think the receptionists were just doing their jobs but with tip, I paid $167 for 45 minutes. It would be nice if there were shorter alternatives. The massage therapist was great.

Mark, last night, explained options for me to greatly release the tightness in my shoulders that I've had for a long time. I don't understand why no other person I've had massage me ever said anything of what more I could do for this situation once! Mark was great!

When I get a massage, I always go for the 'deep tissue'. I'm usually very tight and have problem areas to be worked out. All of the therapists I've had in the last year at Hand and Stone have been VERY strong and give very firm pressure, which is great since you pay extra for it. My most recent massage was with Sal. I really liked him. He didn't talk too much, has great flow, and really worked out my kinks. I think next time I'll ask for a little less pressure. He goes deep!

I enjoyed the facial, very relaxing. No stress ambience, was able to escape from life and it’s issues. Joy was very professional and results were excellent.

I go at least once a month for a facial with Laura. She goes beyond the just “feel good” facial and really makes improvements in my skin.
