Stacy is a very professional and highly knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist. Her use of heat is also very appealing.

The massage therapist was great. I am dealing with severe sciatica and she did try to help. Unfortunately it got worse and I could not go to next appointment, and they charged me anyway. Under those circumstances I do not think I should be charged for a missed appointment due to my symptoms getting much worse.

I have had excellent massages from Ice on a regular basis and have been very pleased with her. This was my first facial experience at Hand & Stone and April was awesome ~ very professional and I felt comfortable with her immediately ~ !!! Looking forward to many more visits ~ !!!

The receptionist on the phone was so nice and extremely helpful in my needs with the pains I was having and followed up after my massage. My massage therapist focused on my trouble areas and was extremely nice.

Ricardo was amazing. He knew exactly how to relieve my aches and pains.

I have been a member at this Hand & Stone since the very beginning. Tho changes have occurred in the end at this present moment I am Satisfied. I believe the manager might be Sean, who started there years ago, he has turned in to very knowledgeable, kind, & very competent manager! Kudos to him!!!

Marc was great - Knowledgeable and kind and Jade (the receptionist) was very warm and personable
