All the therapists are knowledgeable. They listen to my concerns and apply the correct treatment. I live very close to my local spa, so it is very convenient.

The therapists I go to are excellent. Frequently I have to wait to get an appt with them but I guess they’re worth it. The ambiance is really spa like. Nice.

I called same day for an appointment and there was ample availability for the remainder of the day. I let reception choose a therapist for me since I didn't have prior experience with either therapists available. Mark was WONDERFUL and incredibly thorough. He gave me what I needed most which was a completely relaxing and enjoyable experience. He was incredibly professional and thorough. Also, he was wonderful with the cold stone face treatment that I added on. I had never had one before but would 100% get it again based on my experience with Mark. Thank you Hand and Stone!

Other than waiting to appointment everything else was great. Massage therapist did just enough talking and began quickly.

I loved the way my skin felt to the touch and also how it felt physically, and still does the following day. Laura was very friendly and explained everything she did as she progressed through the process. The spa is very pleasantly appointed and conveniently located.
