The massage therapist knew what she was doing. She had a good firm pressure, very smooth overall style, worked on my problem areas sufficiently, and still gave a full body massage. She was friendly, but didn't talk during the massage unless I made a comment first. I was very happy with her.

The massage therapist I had was very knowledgeable and attentive to the level of pressure I preferred and the stress I had experienced. She used lotion which was nice instead of oil. I continued to feel more relaxed for an extended amount of time following the massage.
