The Hand and Stone experience was the perfect way to distress and relax. From the ambiance in the lobby, to the music played in the room, everything supported the massage and relaxing experience I was hoping to have. I will definitely be back.

Highly Satisfied with massage therapy by Luis, wish he worked more than one day a week! Receptionist rude and unable to schedule appointments, busy answering phone rather than accommodating customer standing in front of him, not skilled with booking appointments, no knowledge of products sold in spa. Staff at front desk fails to use eye contact when speaking with clients, I find this extremely rude.

I am extreamely pleased with the services I received. The Massage Therapist and Aesthetician were very knowledgeable and Professional. Gail and Zohreh both made me feel very comfortable. In the past I have had not had favorable experiences in spas at Hotels so I decided to go across the street from the resort I was staying at. We will be returning next summer and I will be sure to book my treatments again. I would highly recommend your spa. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
