The entire staff was friendly and cordial, while the facility was beautifully appointed. A wide range of quality products were available, of which I purchased two items on my initial visit, the previous week.

Joy is very knowledgeable about all things skin - from what I use on the outside, to how I nourish and clear my skin from the inside. She always delivers a great facial as well as tips and tricks I can use at home to keep my skin in good condition. She's also a delight to be around.

I have had a massage here every other month for the last year-and-a-half this was the best one I've ever had Kristen was great.

Luis attended to my specific needs and requests with massage and stretching techniques that left me feeling relief from pain and stiffness. His personal demeanor is exactly the right blend of warmth and professionalism, making me feel safe and trusting in his hands.

I have to commend you for the professionalism of your staff receptionist person SEAN. My appointment had been lost and the therapist I wanted was booked for the day. I had made this appointment in person a month earlier and had arranged my time for the whole day based upon this.I did not have much flexibility to change it up as I needed to pick up my dogs by a certain hour. Sean stepped in to apologize and offer his best to make my stay as satisfying as possible. He was able to rearrange things such that I started 30 minutes later but had the therapist I wanted. He did so with graciousness and professionalism. Thank you.
