Nothing wrong so much as I’ve had higher quality, ambience, and products other places

We were booked for a couples massage and ended up not being able to be in the same room due to a scheduling mix up, but it really wasn’t a big deal at all - the receptionist was quick to give us an option to wait for the room to become available or to start the massages on time in separate rooms and we chose to start the massages sooner, separately. The situation was handled well by the team.

you had to add extra and that’s not worth paying that much more to take away from the massage. email reminders are quite nasty as well

My original booking was changed by the Hand and Stone location within an hour of my appointment. The therapist I selected suddenly was not going to be able to see me. I was offered a substitute which was great and my appointment went well. However, my appointment was changed in length and additional services by this therapist switch. How is it okay for the spa to change someone's appointment so late?

it might be beneficial to make a note when booking the appointment as to whether the client would like a chatty experience, or a quiet, meditative experience. I don’t mind chatting during facials, but I prefer a quiet environment when getting a massage. It’s awkward to correct the therapist when in the room and it would be easier if she was notified coming into the actual appointment.

The facility was clean. The staff was friendly, professional. The masseuse named Kelsey was really good.

…wish that there was amenities like a jacuzzi or spa. Also, wish that sessions longer than 50 minutes were available on weekends.

my massuse and I were engaged in talking about vitamin suppliments and I didn't have the peace and quiet I like with my massage. Partly my fault because I kept the conversation going too.

The online booking portal was problematic. I booked a couples massage as a birthday surprise and it did not allow me to see clear pricing, nor add a second name, not did it reflect options for us individually. Also, I only put my contact information, but my husband was contacted by text and by email, ruining the surprise. The staff onsite was terrific as were the therapists. The online interface is problematic and did not function well. The actual experience in person was excellent, but the web portal and the overall UI is not functional for a customizable experience.
