Top reviews for massage therapist Jaida!! I have a lot of credits built up and feel like there has been inflexibility in being able to pause membership to allow me to catch up. The up charges are a turnoff as well, they didn’t used to be there. Example: $10 extra “deep tissue” for what I consider to be a basic massage. Need also to find way to better soundproof the rooms - hearing noise from next room or suite takes away from the relaxing experience

The employees can be a little loud especially when the walls are so thin and people are trying to relax. Another girl was scrolling FB through her phone in the treatment hallway without moving out of the way for the clients.

amount it cost to upgrade to a deep tissue massage. Not sure why you really have to pay more for a deep tissue.

There was a gentleman in the waiting room on a conference call. Very rude of him not your fault. The prices are going up and I see Hand & Stone as a discount place because it can't offer what a "Spa" offers so I do not want to pay a "Spa" price if I am not getting showers, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. I am in and out at Hand and Stone and that is fine. I come for a great massage and I get just that but I do not compare it to a "Spa".

Wish hand sanitizer available at check in. Better drink offerings at check in especially when appointments don’t start on time. Hot tea, snacks etc. welcoming fragrance when arriving. Scent diffusers in rooms & air purifiers. Rooms sometimes have stagnant energy, air and scents from previous clients. Hot towels to clean feet before massage starts should be standard, hand sanitizer for client and masseuse. Aromatherapy spray or oil to smell before and after massage for more upscale feel. Better more welcoming decor in rooms. Lobby/waiting area has decor but rooms are after thought. Nothing inviting about the space after check in. Hallway is sad and gloomy. Led candles for inviting ambiance and relaxation would make a huge difference instead of office building feel. Website needs help too, can never see my credits. Also friendly photos of masseuse staff on website for booking would be MUCH more user friendly.

The constant upsell of services adding significant costs to treatments. The great variability in quality of massage therapists, and the high turnover rate of therapists. The front desk simply says everyone is good…this is not true, especially for deep tissue massage.

The room I was in was loud as you can hear the music from starfish through the wall. Very difficult to relax. Massage therapist was nice and obviously new. At the time he seems very experienced others not so much. I am fine with having a male therapist, but I have never had them sit on the edge of the bed while working on me. it made me feel a little uncomfortable.

The receptionist argued with me about the cost of the service quoted by my provider. When I told her she was incorrect she became belligerent and I had to have her go and verify the price. I was correct and I was able to check out as expected.

I was happy with the experience. There was a bit of confusion on using my remaining credit but was resolved. April did an AMAZING facial!!!
