Hand and Stone

I tried a new therapist and although he was good, he didn’t “stretch” my muscles as most of my therapists have in the past. He uses a different technique so I don’t want to fault him. He is very good, just not what I expected.

Receptionist (first person that greets you) was not professional with her feet on the chair. Was on her phone, could not find my appt. & had the other gal help me instead. Not a good first impression when you walk in & are spending over $100.00 for a service. Other then that, service was great with massage therapist

My first time going to Hand and Stone and first time getting this type of massage. I wanted to try the pressure massage, but found it not as relaxing as a Swedish massage. Masseuse was very good, just think I’ll get a more relaxing massage the next time.

The esthetician offered to sell me a facial at $130 over the cost of my monthly membership of $80 per month. A total of $210 for a facial with an estitician that isn’t even a dermatologist. It felt like a scam. I asked if she could wax my face and she said she could do part of my face - why would anyone pay for a partial service? She then went on to describe how really busy she was because it was Mother’s Day. Im a mother and a member and I found her to be off-putting and short. It made the experience feel like a waste of time and money.

Therapist was wearing glove over injured hand during message which was a distraction and 15 minute head message add on was completed within original message time period

Everything was great. Hannah provided the best massage I have ever had. Just not happy with the cost increase of services over the last few years.

My therapist was not very friendly or in timed with my needs. He was very strong and at times I was uncomfortable.

I had asked for a deep massage and wish it would have been harder. His style was just probably to relax instead of spot soreness, I probably would choose someone else upon returning

It is very unclear and difficult to make appointments on line ..
