I think the price should be for 60 minutes not 50

It was nice; I just did not feel very relaxed because my therapist talked a lot.

My friend bought me a gift certificate for Hand and Stone. She's been there many times and she was highly satisfied. I wanted a facial with extractions so I chose your basic facial. I was told by my anesthetician that I needed an add-on. I agree but I got a little bit curious about why the treatment that I had already purchased and the add-on would still be the same amount of time. That does not sit well with me

The massage therapist was a few minutes late to call me back. He was very nice, but less effective at meeting my needs than previous therapists. Your privacy policy made it difficult for him to work my glutes and hips, which were bothering me. Same with my chest/underarms. I think he was very cautious treating these areas. His technique was not as much "deep tissue" as I expected, but he was nice and flexible in terms of providing what I would call a firm Swedish massage.

I am highly satisfied with with everything about my service / experience at Hand and Stone as my daughter and I have had memberships for over 5 years. I am not happy our long term membership fee was increased. It should go back to the original fee we signed up for. Not a great move on the part of Hand and Stone towards their long term loyal customers.

Started quite late. Very friendly but talkative therapist. Not very focused on the massage.

I was pleased with my device. I felt it was cut about short- I wish service could have lasted close to an hour- I’m used to that, but was still very pleased.

The main reason being...that before I booked, I had asked what a classic facial (included in my package) would entail from one of the receptionists at a previous trip to the spa, since I did not see a full description on the website. She had explained to me that along with the typical procedures (cleanse, mask, extraction), that they would also massage your scalp and hands for a complete spa experience. So, I left feeling a little disappointed based on the expectations that had been set. It would be nice to know exactly what a new client should expect from the full session.

She was talking too much about her opinions/personal experience regarding my work profession that I felt like we were having a mini coffee discussion through part of my massage session. Also too much pressure on my arms, it’s my fault I didn’t speak up, but she noticed my hand in a fist and told me to relax but didn’t ask if it was too much pressure. Last, massaged my feet and then legs and upper back and base of scalp. I’m used to feet last, they weren’t dirty but they are still feet and I didn’t hear her wash hands! It was a good massage but I felt unclean at end.

My appointment was supposed to be a 90 minute but I was scheduled for a 60. Knute without being made aware. I didn’t know until my massage was over and I checked out. This is not the first time this has happened, it’s the 3rd time over the last 6 months with other receptionist related errors
