I think it’s understaffed. There was only one person to help with checking out. I waited much too long to pay.

170.00 dollars for a 60 minute massage is outrageous. I enjoyed the massage but I can't afford to return.

The massage therapist talked through most of my appointment and shared a lot of very strong opinions about things. I’m not an easily offended person, but had this therapist had someone else on the table who was, things may have not gone well.

Front desk was not attentive only one person and they were on the phone. Took forever to confirm if gratuity had already been paid on my gift card. No eye contact and just didn’t feel welcomed and relaxed by the “welcome” I received.

Didn't care for the center that the spa is located in. Reception area was a little hectic at check out. Therapist was great!

I had been working with Ruth on a shoulder problem which she was very helpful. I was disappointed she is no longer there. My experience with Robin was good but not exceptional. She did not discuss with me before I undressed if I had any problems. I appreciated that Ruth sat down with me and went over what I needed.

need specific therapist for my needs not always available. some are not the best...

I booked a deep tissue massage for myself and a thai yoga massage for my husband. The service offered to him was thai massage, not at all what he was expecting. he left after 15 minutes of service.... my massage however was fabulous!

I was satisfied, the comment about the lotions that I'm used to a smooth flowing lotion with my previous preferred therapist and the new therapist I tried used little and one that seems to provide friction that I did not prefer.

The massage therapist's style did not meet my needs. I understand the therapists have different styles so will choose another on my next visit
