I've been going to the Laguna Beach location for many years. Unfortunately, I'm not impressed with the person who did my facial. I had her once before and wasn't impressed. She's very heavy handed and the experience was not relaxing for me. You have others who are good so will remember to ask for them in the future. The best person you had you apparently either fired or let her go.

A customer and staff were not wearing masks properly. They were pulled below noses. This is really the only thing that concerned me about my visit. I think it is risky right now to get certain services done especially is masks are not being worn properly.

They told me my membership was not up to date and I was telling her it was and she didn’t believe me even after I showed her my bank statement showing I was paid up. The other receptionist figured out they had the wrong name entered and I was really upset and mad. No way to start a massage. I wasn’t stressed when I walked in but she made me stressed out and didn’t really listen to me.

Agreed to try something different and went with stretching session, sugar scrub, decompression cups. I would do the decompression again, but not stretching or scrub. My less than highly satisfied score stems from paying for a full $69 session, plus the extra treatments. I knew what i was paying for the treatments and have no complaints with those because i agreed in advance. But where did my $69 go? What did I get for the $69? The price to value ration doesn't work for me.

Jayde the receptionist was very rude during my Last visit when I got a massage. They changed my masseuse without letting me know and then I was not satisfied after the massage and she was very rude about it. I was really polite and honest and she was so rude I considered not being a member anymore.

Save highly satisfied for exceptional. Same products in retail and expensive, available on mine or other for less. The bathroom always need attention, poor water pressure, out of soap to wash hands and never anything with which to dry your hands, completely unsanitary for a massage business. Where do the technicians wash their hands?

Positive: Jada is fantastic! She is the reason I continue my membership. Negative: walls too thin/ noisy. Also on more than one occasion I have been charged an extra charge for a service I did not ask for and have had to call to address it.
