I was satisfied with my service. It was a normal massage. Nothing specifically bad or good.

I explained that I had just done a lot of travel and strenuous activity. My thought was to have something to relieve the soreness and relax - but may not have correctly expressed this. The massage was more painful that I would have liked, but I figured that I would feel better afterwards. That wasn't the case. I am still sore from it today.

Jaida is simply the best. No one compares to her. It is increasingly difficult to book appointments with her, even going out far into the future. Maritsa is also good, however not as good as Jaida. Perhaps you should enlist her services in training therapists

We started a little late and there were issues with the music in the room. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Jada is an amazing therapist. She is really the primary reason I continue my membership. In recent year I have noticed several changes that make me feel less value for the experience in terms of general mgmt of the place and perceived treatment of the therapists.

Charged for services I did not request but called next day and they said they would refund charge to my credit card.

Receptionist was excellent in handling entire process

Facial person rushed thru appointment and didnt use products my skin needed and didn’t explain things. On this visit, I had a facial from someone I never used before. Prior facials were all excellent and really helped my skin. This person didn’t seem to review my old notes or use products that were used on prior visits.

I liked the experience.

My fiancée and I were a few minutes late coming in to the appointment (about 5 minutes). His massage therapist was in the lobby and waiting for him and took him back immediately. I did have to wait a few more minutes to get taken back. It was absolutely my fault for being late, but I did feel like I missed more time waiting. I loved my esthetician. But she moved SO SLOWLY throughout the treatment. I felt like my hands on time was really cut into while she was getting products ready etc. Also I understand that 5 minutes are deducted from the beginning and end for consultation and getting dressed. But I was 5 minutes late, and then once I got on the table it took her another 5 minutes to come back in. It really only takes 30 seconds to get on and off a table. Lastly, every time I have come in for massages or facials the therpist always ends a minute or two early. I really don’t mind missing a minute of a treatment lol, but I’ve noticed the therpist always puts a towel in front of the clock to kind of hide the time. It’s just not very tasteful in my opinion. And this time I was a little disappointed since I had a late start!
