You used to offer water. Now you offer a cup of juice, sweetened with stevia. No warning. Not good for me. Destroyed my serenity. Took hours to get the taste out of my mouth. Not a healthy choice.

My husband and I made an appointment and received 3 confirmations. An hour and half prior to the appointments, my therapist canceled. There was no one else could take his place. Super annoyed by it. My husband let me take his spot and Mike was wonderful. The receptionist, can’t remember her name at the moment, offered me a free upgrade for the inconvenience which was sweet.

Friendly staff, nice facility, great services

My massage therapist was changed without my knowledge or consent ahead of time, although the therapist that I ultimately got was excellent. But this was after I had already had been canceled on by a previous therapist. I was not offered a receipt at the end of my service from the receptionist so I don’t really know how much I paid for a tip and that just seems shady to me. I would like to put my membership on hold for more than three months at a time. And I’m not allowed to do that. At the Laguna Beach location there has been huge turnover of massage therapist so I don’t know why that is the case but for a long time I could not find a decent therapist there which is why I have so many credits built up in my monthly membership situation.

Clean throughout. Lovely reception area. Amazing staff. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Great point of purchase selection of goods. Member discount on the POP.

Gail the therapist was wonderful but the heating was broken on the table and I was cold the entire massage

My skin did not look better afterwards, in fact I thought it looked worse, with pores larger and wrinkles more visible. I purchased a product and had to return it the next day because the pump did not work as soon as I opened the product. The selection of products is limited. The policy has changed, and we used to be able to purchase products with our monthly fee - we should be able to do so. This change is why I canceled my membership.

Started late and ended early

The ease of booking was great. Facial was a bit cut short, that was major issue. Aesthetician was friendly and sweet, but a bit rough and hurried during the facial, pressure was too much on neck in front mostly. I would come back but probably try a different therapist.

Receptionist seemed a little disconnected. Did not ask me if I wanted to book future appointment which makes it very likely I will use my prepaid visits.
