My massage therapist Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. He addressed my shoulder and neck area providing relief. Excellent hot stone massage.

Although I am a member of Hand & Stone at home, I was visiting this location. The staff behind the counter are friendlier and more engaged than my home spa.

I was highly satisfied because of my aesthetician, Rachel. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the experience a pleasant one and made sure I was comfortable.

I love Dianna. She is kind and very knowlede driven. She is the main reason I continue my membership. Rosie is also excellent and compasionate. She is the best manager you have had at the Bee Ridge location.

Mike my massage therapist was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to get rid of the knots in my shoulders and back. I don’t live in Florida and was so impressed that I was able to make an appointment so quickly (could not do that in Virginia). Front desk was friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back to Mike next time I’m in town!
