The receptionist always welcomes me by my name. I have never had a problem with a massage or facial. Have been a member for many years. Feel comfortable having my treatments there.

Jeff applies a perfect amount of pressure. I had a scalp massage also which felt great. I can truly relax during the massage with him as I am not distracted by small talk.
