Mario is an amazing therapist and someone you need to keep, its VERY hard to come around great therapist with pressure and very professional.. He's the only one that i return to visit and i know that his availability is limited with more reason to treat him amazing as a huge asset to hand and stone.

My husband and I were very relaxed. We had never gone to hand and stone massage in Facial Salon before. Exceeded expectations. It was very nice. We will definitely go back.

Helen is an amazing massage therapist! I’m always very satisfied with my service and will continue my membership as long as she is there. I do wish I could get a 90 minute membership instead of just 60 minutes.

The esthetician was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She did an excellent job and my face felt and look great afterwards.

We were visiting our granddaughter from Chicago, and needed an appointment for three of us with a couple of days, so they did a great job of finding us three spots quickly. We all enjoyed our therapists and my granddaughter will most certainly go back soon. I see that there are Hand & Stone places in the Chicago area, so I might try them too, when I return home. I walked in for a massage, and I walked out as a member. Michael was amazing therapist, his wife has some issues medically that I have so he totally gets me.

Best massage I’ve ever received. She focused on all the areas I needed and had the perfect pressure. My shoulders especially felt so relaxed and released afterwards instead of cramped up by my ears like normal.

Mary Ann was amazing. Loved my skin afterwards. The only issue I have is that the front desk used my membership points for my up charge service. I think I would have rather paid the upcharge with my cc. I believe it was $20 versus using my memberships points. Is that correct? I wasn't offered the choice. Please advise.
