The massage therapist is wonderful! She knows exactly what I like and always accommodates me. Music is great too. Only issue is the outside hallway noise can get very loud sometimes. Especially next to the bathrooms and water cooler. I always hear therapists talking to their clients after they are done and giving them water. You know, people talk next to the water cooler thing?

Ease of booking and availability of times.

I have been a member for many years. It makes it possible to keep on a maintenance schedule.
