This appointment went smoothly as I was there for a massage then a facial. Lisa was knowledgeable and virtuous as usual. Lisa assesses my skin and makes recommendations but is not pushy!

My esthetician was professional and responsive and gave me an excellent facial. It addressed my skin issues while also being very relaxing.

I want to recommend that when giving a "Scalp Massage," the therapist should use product in the person's hair. I came out of my massage with a head full of knots. I had to have my hair professionally conditioned o\in order to get the knots out and my hair is badly damaged from the experience. This service needs to be explained to the client and better accommodations for hair must be implemented. That was an awful experience. While the scalp treatment felt wonderful, the damage was not worth it. Please implement a safeguard for our hair. Thank you.
