Love my therapist. She is exactly what I need. I am very happy with her. Everything else is good.

My massage therapist Melissa was very caring and helpful with my problem areas that I stated I had for my massage. She’s an asset to the practice and I will be back to see her again soon.

Note I incorrectly answered hi dissatisfied, this was an error as they were all supposed to be highly satisfied. Nisla, was outstanding and I was so relaxed with her methods.

I have been a member for many year. When I walk in they acknowledge me as if greeting an old friend. I have always been pleased with my facials and message. This time I had a foot treatment. It was fantastic.

I was very pleased with the option for a safety button underneath the massage table. Even though it was never used, the option for clients is very respectable and makes me feel more comfortable in the hands of the therapist.

The massage was very relaxing . She definitely hit all the stressed areas

Nisla really helped my bad ankle .She listened to all my concerns .I would recommend Nisla to anyone who has any pain at all she is a fixer 😁

Overall, I appreciate how welcoming the staff is. I’m always checked in within a matter of seconds. That was not always the case at other spas I’ve tried. My massage therapist was also very kind and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable. He was the first time that I had been alerted to the emergency button. No other therapist has ever mentioned it. Hopefully it wasn’t because he felt like we were opposite genders that he had to do that for my safety. I would’ve loved for all massage therapist regardless of their gender to alert me to the button in case I felt unsafe.

The manager Rose, was very accommodating and helpful. Very smooth check in process. My masseuse was very good.

I like the way everyone there makes me feel very comfortable. The waiting room is very relaxing and the massage rooms are always very clean.
