I was highly satisfied with my massage experience because Jeff, my massage therapist, seems very knowledgeable regarding how the body responds to Massage. I like firm pressure, and he is consistent with that. I can also totally relax, as he does answer any questions I have but keeps chatter to the bare minimum.
