Jamie is professional, listens to my concerns, and spends the time on my desired areas. She always checks in to make sure the pressure is okay. She’s the only one I’ll see for my prenatal massages. I am about to up my services from 1x/mo to more frequent. Came to hand and stone because of a gift card, stayed because of Jamie.

My technician is always pleasant and knows what is best for my sink type. She is always friendly and give me good advise for the after care of my skin. Also, when I get a massage, I always feel more relaxed when the treatments are completed.

I got a facial and felt Mary Ann was extremely knowledgeable about products and made recommendations to me about services to consider in the future. I believe my massage therapist’s name was Helen and she was equally as wonderful. She asked what my needs were before we began and customized my massage to fit my needs. I felt amazing when I left.

My massage therapist always addresses my needs. She is pleasant and does a good job. She speaks when I speak to her, but doesn't disturb me if I am quiet.
