Very happy with Hand and Stone, but feel like front help should be wearing masks too. I was a member and cancelled because of that and the pandemic. I came in on Saturday and the girls that took care of me wore masks .

Front desk team was very friendly and personable. I explained that I wanted to relax and there was minimal chatting during my service. I truly appreciate that as I have to talk all day long at work! The next day my skin felt so smooth and looks great!

Therapist is extremely knowledgeable of the body anatomy and methods to help my issues.

The technician was experienced and knowledgeable about skin issues. She made sure I was comfortable during the facial, and afterwards my skin felt softer and looked hydrated. The dryness was gone. Very pleased with the results.
