I was in the therapist room at 1:08pm and finished at 2:23pm. So I was shorted by a quarter of a hour. Would like their time to be more in my favor than theirs.

I got the facial very close to the appointment time. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I'm not crazy about all the offers and programs, but I did sign up for the monthly appointments for facials or massages.

From my arrival to the time I left, the staff was friendly and informative. Ludmila performed my facial in a way that relaxed me and improved my skin's condition. If I decide to return for a facial, I will definitely request Ludmilla!
