I am always greeted by the reception team when arriving. They are friendly and professional and helpful with questions or booking a new appointment. My massage therapist, Jack, is very knowledgeable. He listens carefully to the concerns I have at each appointment. He remembers past concerns and asks about these and if they are currently happening. I know that he is providing massages that are very beneficial to me and helping promote better overall health.
