Besides staff trying to upsell me multiple times, my experience was really lovely. Shonda was amazing and I'll definitely be back to see her.

My massage therapist is great. She does exactly what I want and more. She is sensitive to my needs.

Annie is the only reason I continue my membership she does such a good job she’s very friendly, professional and kind.

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming while visiting Hand and Stone, Chapel Hill. I've seen Maya twice and enjoy our time together. She is very knowledgeable. I appreciate her taking time to educate me about products. Up until now, I never kept a skin care routine but Maya encouraged me that I could "do it" and I'm doing it. Maya said she could see a difference in my skin and that made me proud.

Maya was a great esthetician. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease because she explained everything she was doing during my facial.

Mitchell is an excellent massage therapist. Deliberate, effective, knowledgeable and good pressure and he’s professional.
