Hand and Stone

The location was very neat, clean and nicely decorated. This includes the massage rooms and bathrooms as well. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout my visit. Andrew the therapist was wonderful. He asked a lot of questions to ensure he was addressing all of my areas of concern and continuously asked if the temperature, pressure and technique were acceptable and met my expectations. Andrew came highly recommended to me by a friend and I will be recommending him to others as well. Great experience all around.

I was greeted, filled out “paperwork” and offered watermelon water. After a trip to the clean, well-appointed restroom, I was called back. Mitchell spent several minutes getting acquainted and discussing my needs/expectations. WOW! Hit the nail on the head.

The facial is fabulous. I will say the quality varies significantly between staff but I’ve landed on an amazing technician.

My only reason to visit sandstone is to see Annie the aesthetician. I’ve tried three massages at this location and they were all less than satisfactory. I also think you should have samples of your products instead of having to spend $100 to get a tiny sample I think that is very bad taste

If staff had benefits, I would come back as a monthly customer. I currently don't want to patronize a business whose profits only benefit the owner.

My massage therapist, Sue, is very capable and puts me at ease, helping me to relax.

Annie was very knowledgeable with the service she was providing and the products she was suggesting. She personalized the session to what my skin and my goals were. She guided me through each step as well

I really like Hand and Stone, but there seems like there is a significant turn over in staff. You get someone you like, and then you have to find someone new.

My therapist is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office is not too far from my home.
