the people at the front desk were friendly, engaged and knowledgeable. The processing "in" time was brief, yet through. The place was warm and any person connected with the facility was friendly and acknowledged people in the waiting area, (which showed concern/caring ?)

My therapist Susan House is wonderful. She is highly capable and knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed and comfortable.

This has been my second visit to the Chapel Hill Hand and Stone location seeing Brittany for facials. While I dont remember front desk staff names, they were super helpful and very friendly. I cant say enough good things about Brittany, SHE IS AWESOME at what she does and so easy to talk to. We have a plan of action for my next visit and I'm so excited about it.
