Sue is the therapist and is highly skilled and very empathetic. She feels one welcome and helps me to relax. Reception staff also very friendly. It has become a challenge booking appts via phone as there is usually no one to answer the phone. The online booking system needs some technical improvements - easy to navigate but doesn't allow good search for available appts.

Staff really cares about you and your well-being. They make sure your needs are met. The massage was excellent.
