I have been a member since 2017. I have always enjoyed the services. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The receptionist is friendly and personable. Facialist knew her stuff and was fun to talk with. Would have liked her to tell me what she was doing and for what reason.

Jessica was amazing. We chatted before the message on where my trouble spots were and how I wanted a quiet massage. I explained my brother had just passed and that I might actually cry during the massage. She was very understanding of my circumstances. About half way through I had a huge release of emotions and she was so understanding and just let me process. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Jessica was so professional and really took the time to acknowledge my sadness but also worked to help me relax.

Clean courteous friendly minimal results but am going back for 4 additional treatments.

Helpful, courteous front desk staff. Therapist was friendly and cared about my concerns. Overall, professional staff which made this experience better than experience at previous location.
