I was highly satisfied because Lexia was friendly and made me comfortable. Walking into the room, the peppermint fragrance already filled the air. She didn’t speak unless I spoke, which allowed me to fully relax. She even found and relieved tight spots in shoulder/neck area, which allowed me to have a good nights rest last night.

I appreciate Lexy's friendliness and her ability to make me comfortable. She is wonderful and I hope you keep her for a long time.

I was thankful I was able to schedule an appointment on such short notice and that I was not hard-sold on trying to reactivate my membership. I have always enjoyed the service I received at Hand and Stone, but anticipated moving out of the area soon and not having a location nearby. This was why I cancelled my membbership.
