The receptionist were wonderful and welcoming. They easily got me checked in and ready. Kalia is fantastic, always focuses on my problem areas and is a delight to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Therapist used perfect level of firmness with massage and kept silent unless I asked a question. Lighting and warmth of bed was perfect. Would highly recommend this place.

Ms. Kalia from W. Randol Mill. When I first started coming to get a massage and I got Ms. Kalia she had her work cut out for her. I had a lot of tension and knots in my shoulders but she was up for the challenge. Kalia always finds the knots and her expertise always has me leaving feeling feeling like a million bucks. It's not just Ms. Kalia, the reception staff are always so warm and always greet me as I enter the door. The reception staff are always knowledgeable and help me rebook and keep me up-to-date with the current promotions and any new updates to my benefits. I can't rave enough about everyone at the W. Randol Mill Rd. location. Expert care meets exceptional customer service. 5 stars!

The facial was amazing. Amanda was knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the conversation beforehand asking what I was hoping to get from the facial. Made it more personal.
