I was brought back to the room at 3pm, used the restroom, was taken straight into the room, the therapist came back into the room at 3:10. She was very professional, I appreciated the conversation, she was friendly and provided a pleasurable massage. She stopped the massage at 3:50. My husband spent over $100 for my gift cerificate and I expected an hour. I mentioned I expected 60 min, but was told that the time is for 50 min. I hated to mention anything negative, because I didn't want to jeopardize the relationship with the therapist.
