The receptionists are always accommodating. The lobby is nice but the lights are way too bright! My therapist is knowledgeable.

The check in experience and ambiance was wonderful in the new location. Kalia knows what areas I have the most aches and pains in and provided a wonderful massage. The overall experience was great and I’m excited for my next massage.

Darla is very knowledgeable of skin care. She exercised great care when using the products on my face. The entire facial experience is very relaxing.

I looove Shana. She has helped me physically and emotionally. She deserves a raise!! I never have the same massage twice, when I tell her about a problem area she nails it in working it out in creative and effective ways! My favorite part of my week is massages with Shana!

Holly provides an excellent facial. She always makes me feel pampered and cosseted. Holly asks questions to ascertain the correct facial for me, and she also explains every step she will take. Holly adapts our level of conversation to my level of engagement. My skin always feels better when I leave than when I arrived. She explains what I need to do at home to make my skin healthier and vibrant. While Holly never makes me feel pressured, she usually suggests products that I might like to purchase. Her recommendations have always been helpful and proved successful with my use at home. Holly is a 10+ out of 10.

Everything was handled promptly and professionally. My massage therapist was excellent. I was happy with the facility and amenities.
