Holly is amazing. She is so personable, so incredibly knowledgeable, and she just makes you feel at ease. Not to mention RESULTS. The receptionist was off putting when mentioning about the fact that I used to be a member. I understand that you need to communicate the need for additional cost, but that seems like an opportunity to upsell. There’s a way to present possible negative information without assuming client response. The alternative can and did seem offensive. The way she presented the information was almost as though she never expected me to be ok with it. I was perfectly fine with the additional cost and was also willing to rejoin. Which I did in person. Her tone was very off putting. Had I been a different customer, it might have caused me not to come at all. Holly however is amazing and I will always come to her. Period.

Shannon was Amazingly helpful with my booking process. I wanted a wax service and your website didn’t offer that option, so I called the front desk and Shannon helped me book an appointment at my earliest convenience. My wax service was beyond amazing and Holly made me feel very comfortable, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Holly is the only reason I return to this hand and stone location.
