Booking the appointment was easy. All employees I met were friendly. My massage therapist was knowledgeable and helped me relax.

The receptionist was friendly. My massage therapist was very good. The waiting area and massage room were nice and clean.

I was able to make an appointment on a day's notice. While my back is still hurting, I am walking upright again, which was an issue before without some stretching on the floor when I had been sitting or lying down. I think I'm on the road to recovery now.

Z asked me what I wanted him to concentrate on during our massage time and did a very good job on what I wanted him to do. There were a few times he applied too much pressure and I told him about it. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Lauri was awesome!! I felt completely comfortable with her. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely schedule with her for future appointments.

I loved my massage and Lori is my favorite masseuse. She targeted my problem area really, really well and I can already tell a difference. The facial was fine, but irritated my skin.

Holly Berry is a wonderful esthetician. She is always friendly and professional. She is highly skilled too. Honestly, I was considering cancelling my membership before I found Holly. She has been my favorite esthetician since I have been a member of Hand and Stone.
