My massage therapist did a very good job with giving me the right amount of pressure during my massage. She also was very knowledgeable about prenatal massages and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time.

My therapist explained the method of how I got the knots in the first place, which will help me keep up the results of each massage longer as I can take measures at home to help my issue. My therapist did a fantastic job of locating knots I didn't know I had and I'm very excited to return to her next week to continue to release those knots.
