Hand and Stone

Typically always a good experience at Hand and Stone. Includes both Facials and Massages. Staff is always friendly and professional with me.

Everyone was very friendly and kept me safe the entire time. The therapist was amazing and gave suggestions on how to help reduce what could be causing my back pain!

First of all, the people at the front desk are very nice. Second, Hand and Stone reception area and rooms feel like a nice spa. Third, Marilyn is the BEST!!!

I was greeted with a warm welcome, followed by a smooth check in process. I waited no longer than 5 min before I was walked to my room & began the process. My masseuse was excellent, made my first experience a great one.

The therapist I've been seeing, Chere, is just perfect. She's attentive while maintaining a quiet, calming atmosphere. She begins each session with questions and follows through during the massage, often checking in to see if any adjustments need to be made.

First time there. Susan was fantastic. So knowledgeable and personable too. A real gem! She found areas that were issues I didn’t even mention or recall. Looking forward to a facial and more services!

The whole customer experience is excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience or a bad massage. Only issue I’ve ever had is logging into the website.
