I was nervous walking in as this was my first experience getting a massage. The safe was extremely welcoming and accommodating to my needs. It was such a relaxing experience, I would go every week if I could.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The service was fantastic and the massage felt great. The room was clean and all the staff was very professional. I would definitely come back.

The ease of a last minute same day appointment for two services was great. The massage therapist understood my areas of concern and executed well. I could see and feel the difference from my facial.

The staff is always friendly and go out of thier way to make you comfortable. The techs always listen to your needs and ask many questions to make sure you get what you need, from relief of pain or tension. I have always left feeling relax and a sense of peace afterwards.

Shelby and Jessica took really good care of me as well as the ladies at the front desk. Love how my skin feels after a facial and the relaxation from the massage. I’ve already recommended H&S to a friend!
